We are seeking a highly driven Property Consultant to generate and close sales through active outbound prospecting. You will own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach and client engagement to negotiation, closing, and after-sales support. This is a pure hunter sales role for someone motivated by numbers, fast follow-ups, and deal closure.
Performance will be measured through OKRs focused on deals closed, pipeline quality, CRM discipline (Zoho preferred), and revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify, engage, and qualify new leads through strategic partnerships, cold calling, networking, referrals, digital leads, and outbound campaigns.
Use Zoho CRM to manage lead stages and activities.
Research target segments and tailor outreach based on client needs and motivations.
Needs Analysis & Consultative Selling
Conduct client discovery calls to understand property needs, financial capability, urgency, and preferences.
Apply principles of customer psychology to build rapport, overcome objections, and guide clients toward conversion.
Deliver tailored property recommendations and investment options.
Property Showcasing & Presentations
Organize and conduct virtual or physical property tours.
Provide clients with compelling sales presentations and pitch decks.
Clearly communicate property features, value propositions, and ROI potential. 4. Deal Closing & Negotiation
Lead the negotiation process between clients and Green Heart Kilifi .
Drive urgency in decision-making while maintaining trust and relationship integrity.
Handle all documentation, offers, and counteroffers professionally.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain 100% CRM hygiene in Zoho: every client interaction, follow-up, and movement must be logged. Build and manage a healthy pipeline with updated lead statuses, expected close dates, and revenue potential.
Generate and review weekly reports for forecasting and performance review.
Post-Sale Follow-Up
Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication post-sale.
Upsell or cross-sell additional property investment opportunities.
Request referrals and testimonials where appropriate.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or lifestyle selling.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
CRM experience (preferably Zoho) is a must.
Strong understanding of customer psychology, decision-making behavior, and value-based selling.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and highly accountable.
