Responsibilities
As a shortlet Officer:
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering and IT.
Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
Overseeing building projects and renovations.
Run routine maintenance inspections
Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation
Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
Support maintenance and installation work as needed.
As an Inventory Officer:
Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and condition of goods received against purchase orders or packing slips.
Update inventory databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustments, and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, aging analysis, and inventory turnover ratios, to assess inventory performance and identify trends or issues.
