About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Property Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of proven experience in property sales and a strong understanding of the real estate market. This role requires a hands-on professional who is passionate about sales, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and committed to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert property sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct outreach.
Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience from inquiry to closing.
Advise clients on available properties, pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate transactions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings.
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote available properties and sales campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Mombasa real estate sector.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in property sales, real estate sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the Mombasa property market and real estate industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering results.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is an added advantage.
Valid driving license and ability to travel within Mombasa and surrounding areas is preferred.
