The Sales Officers are responsible for generating and closing property sales to meet the set targets for property site. The role involves engaging potential clients, managing the end-to-end sales process, and reporting daily sales performance to the Team Leader.

Responsibilities


Day to day management of site office
Receive and attend to all visitors to the site office
Show case and assist customers during site inspection
Assist customers select units
Maintain site records
Proactively generate leads through project marketing, cold calling, referrals, media, and lead generation platforms, ensuring all activities are recorded in the system.
Manage the full sales journey from lead prospecting to closing, with all interactions documented in the CRM.
Conduct regular market research to benchmark property prices and share insights with the supervisor.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using the CRM.
Build lasting client relationships by offering continuous support, guidance, and relevant property information throughout the customer lifecycle
Represent the company at sales events
Coordinate timely preparation, approval, and follow-up of all client documentation.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to payment plans
Conduct all sales activities in line with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining a high level of professionalism


Requirements


At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any business related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and internet tools.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales or marketing.
Proficient in digital/ social marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.)
Excellent communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task.
