Responsibilities
Support protection activities at community and field level.
Conduct sensitization on protection, safeguarding, PSEA, inclusion and available services.
Identify protection concerns and support appropriate referrals.
Support protection monitoring and documentation.
Promote inclusion and participation of vulnerable and at-risk groups.
Support community-based complaints and feedback mechanisms while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health or a related discipline. Relevant protection, safeguarding, PSEA or humanitarian experience is desirable.
Relevant qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
Good communication, interpersonal, documentation and teamwork skills.
Commitment to humanitarian principles, accountability, inclusion and respect for affected communities.
Ability and willingness to work in challenging field environments.
Integrity, professionalism and compliance with C-HID policies, Code of Conduct, safeguarding, PSEA, anti-fraud and anti-corruption requirements.
Knowledge of Gujba and/or Buni Yadi is an advantage.
