Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the Company's tours, safaris, car hire and travel services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing professional communication, excellent customer service and handling client feedback or concerns.
Assist in planning and coordinating tours, excursions and safari arrangements.
Represent the Company professionally in all client interactions and support public relations, marketing and business development activities.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Tourism & Travel Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, public relations, customer service or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Kenyas tourism and safari industry.
Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs, including tourist attractions, hotels and key travel destinations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and public relations skills.
Confident, presentable and able to interact professionally with local and international clients.
Good computer skills and ability to use email and digital communication platforms.
Strong customer service, sales and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure.
Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
