Job Summary


A QA / QC Manager will plan, co-ordinate, supervise and monitor company's Quality Management System and Quality Control activities, and personnel to ensure compliance of the products & services in order to meet clients' satisfaction and market value.


Key Responsibilities and Duties


Developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO9001 quality management systems and company-wide QC procedures.
Conducting on-site inspections, material testing, and verifying that finished products meet specifications.
Performing regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
Maintaining, updating, and reviewing quality documentation, test plans, and inspection reports.
Leading investigations into quality defects or client complaints and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
Supervising quality inspectors and technicians, providing training, and ensuring safety compliance.
Managing technical requirements and liaising with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Actively involve and coordinate all operational pre and post job brief with lessons learnt for continuous improvement cascade among team on timely manner.
Ensures that quality risks in all operations and third parties contractors are identified, captured for Risk Assessment Evaluation, managed and their performance periodically monitored and reviewed for purpose of continuous improvement.
Monitors and analyzes Service Quality leading indicators, results, trends and performance indicators; ensuring remedial work plans address negative trends.
Ensure timely close out of all Non Conformity issues with action plans monitored for effective implementation.
Ensure immediate resolution of all incidence with implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
Conducts Management reviews with senior management to assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems and identifying required improvements.
Coaches all relevant functions of business unit to ensure optimum SQ and Compliance, providing internal or external training where needed.


Minimum Requirements


Degree in Engineering, Business management, project management or related field from a recognized university.
A Minimum of 10 years of experience, particularly in oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
Six sigma Black Belt Certification.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
A Master's Degree in business administration will be advantageous.
