An exciting opportunity has become available as QSR Country Manager with this expanding hospitality group established across the continent!
As Country General Manager you'll be responsible for leadership & brand growth in-country by driving operational excellence, ensuring brand standards, & delivering sustainable profitability through effective leadership, financial & market strategies.
Non-negotiable Requirements:
Exposure to the Ugandan market or Sub-Saharan location experience essential
Fluency in English &/ English & Swahili - both written & verbal
International casual restaurant or QSR specialist
Previous experience in a similar position managing multiple outlets, ideally minimum 10-15
Bachelor's degree &/ or MBA is an advantage.
