A day in the life of a Quality Assurance Analyst:
Laboratory analysis and Testing
Analysis of ingredients finished products and monitor manufacturing processes.
Managing non-conforming and blocked products.
Oversee rework processes.
Verifying of equipment hygiene and calibration
Quality Assurance
Developing of quality procedures and instructions, inspecting dry goods and packaging materials, perform hygiene inspections & audits and prevention of cross-contamination.
Laboratory Management
You will maintain & calibrate lab equipment, validate processing lines as well as ensure lab hygiene, safety and proper waste management.
Compliance Management
Conducting process audits and ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, ISO, FSSC, and food safety regulations.
Customer Feedback
Track customer feedback, participate in Root Cause Analysis and Support process improvement initiatives.
TPM and Continuous Improvement
Support TPM projects and daily improvement activities.
Qualifications & Competencies
BSc in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related.
Qualified/Lead Auditor: QMS, FSSC v6, ISO 17025.
Minimum 4 years' lab experience in manufacturing or Quality Control.
FMCG experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong food safety understanding.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverage standards.
Laboratory management, documentation, and reporting.
