Responsibilities
Assist in testing software applications, websites, and features.
Identify, document, and report bugs or issues clearly.
Execute test cases and record test results.
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing under supervision.
Work closely with developers and project teams to resolve identified issues.
Verify that fixes meet expected requirements.
Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation and test reports.
Participate in product reviews and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
Learn and apply QA best practices and testing methodologies.
Requirements
Graduate of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a technical team.
Basic knowledge of web and mobile applications is an advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, or similar testing tools is a plus, but not required.
