What You'll Do
Develop, implement, and manage the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and applicable building codes
Ensure projects meet technical specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards
Review method statements and technical submittals for quality compliance
Implement and monitor Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) across all projects
Conduct site inspections across civil, structural, and finishing works
Oversee material testing (concrete, soil, steel, etc.) and quality verification processes
Supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality personnel across projects
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and client complaints
Liaise with contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities on quality matters
Collaborate with HSE teams to align quality and safety standards
Ensure proper documentation of quality records, as-built drawings, handover and inspection documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Master's Degree required
Professional certification in Quality Management or Construction Quality Systems is an added advantage.
11 - 13 years of professional experience
Minimum 4 years in a management role
Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
