Job Summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure that all company operations, materials, and project deliverables comply with internal standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes prevention of defects through process control, continuous improvement, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities


Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Review and approve method statements, procedures, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Conduct internal audits and support external/client audits.
Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to approved quality processes.
Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and traceability systems.
Analyze quality data and generate reports for management review.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and HSE teams.
Provide training and awareness on quality standards and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and operations.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
3 - 5 years experience in QA/QC within EPC, construction, or oil & gas.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Familiarity with quality tools (audits, root cause analysis, CAPA).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, reporting tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
