KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and monitor quality and food safety requirements across receiving, production, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate documentation, traceability, and timely reporting of product quality and process deviations.
Ensure daily monitoring, validation and verification of quality control on-line checks and laboratory records; including QAPs, CCP, O-PRP, PRP and GMP monitoring, validation and verification.
Prepare timely and accurate reports on product, process and equipment for review by Quality Assurance Manager
Investigate product nonconformities, customer complaints, and support root cause analysis with timely corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits, monitor GMP and hygiene compliance, and ensure sanitation schedules are met.
Manage QA programs, records, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide quality and food safety training to staff to support a sustainable quality culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline (bachelor's degree is an advantage).
1-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
Sound knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and QMS.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team player.
