We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Assistant who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that our product comply with safety and quality standards. This role is crucial for conducting inspections and tests, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Conduct regular inspections and quality audits on processes specifically at the logistic centers and branches.
Analyze data and trends to proactively address potential quality issues that may arise at the branches and logistic centers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
Collect and analyze data on quality metrics and key performance indicators.
Process efficiency and data-driven analytics
Conduct compliance management and quality assurance protocol training to relevant staff.
Collaborate with production, operations, and other relevant departments to address quality concerns.
Act as a liaison between different teams to facilitate effective communication on quality- related matters.
Ensure thorough cleaning of the premises and strict adherence to PPE protocols during product handling.
Troubleshoot arising issues while maintaining product quality.
Work closely with the team to identify root causes of available or reported non-conformances.
Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.


Skills and qualifications:


Degree in Food Processing, Food Science, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in food quality control and safety.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety regulations.
Skilled in product inspection, sampling, and laboratory testing.
Proficient in quality management systems and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiar with hygiene and sanitation standards in food production.
Strong attention to detail to identify deviations and defects in products and processes.
Ability to analyze quality data and metrics to make informed decisions.
Problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues and propose corrective measures
