Quality Control Engineer – Real Estate at Cosgrove Investment Limited

Job Requirements:


Minimum 5 years' proven experience in Quality Control within the construction or real estate industry.
BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline.
Membership of a relevant professional body (COREN is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, specifications, and building codes.
Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
Ability to inspect construction works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Experience in material inspection, testing, quality documentation, and reporting.
Ability to identify defects, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction best practices.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
