Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the entire Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), R&D, and New Product Development (NPD) departments, as well as supervise Production and the training of staff on quality parameters.
The manager must independently handle audits such as NAFDAC, SON, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant standards. Key responsibilities also include people management and a willingness to take on additional duties, such as Store and Dispatch management, as required.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree / HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience: 3 - 4 years of post-qualification experience specifically in the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector.
Certifications: Professional certification in HACCP (Level 3 or higher), ISO 22000 (FSMS), or Quality Management Systems (QMS) is highly desirable.
Willing to resume immediately.
