The successful candidate will drive quality assurance initiatives, oversee welding and material testing, implement continuous improvement strategies, and lead a high-performing quality team to support operational excellence. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline with 10-15 years' experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the Steel, Mining, Heavy Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Industrial Engineering sector.
