We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller at the Clover Oranjesig Branch to ensure that products and processes meet the quality standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and working closely with operational teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
Degree
Business English: Fluent
1 - 3 years' experience in a quality control, manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment
Experience with quality inspections, audits, and compliance processes.
People management experience

Duties and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Release raw material and final products
Develop quality control system, inspection test and release plan and sampling plan according to policy
Identify and verify critical control point for specific products. Example: Packaging material integrity testing
Check that COA that company raw material and packaging material delivery and ensure correct contain the correct information and comply to Clover specification
Test and release raw materials, interim products and packaging material according to specification
Control over non-conforming product
Quarantine all raw material, packaging material and product which is rejected and ensure it is not used in production
Ensure rework product is removed from the distribution stores and allocated to rework
Ensure rejected product that can't be reworked is removed from distribution store and destroyed or handled as per company policy
Monitor consumer complaints and make recommendations with respect to withdrawal of product
Ensure that product and processed is traceable and do tractability exercises according to policy
Report on activities, deviations and rejections
Handle complaints from consumers
Initiate incident investigations in co-operation with Quality Assurance and monitor the implementing of corrective actions
Discuss all complaints at the regular quality team meetings and see to it that corrective action is taken in all instances where the cause of the complaint can be ascertained
Monitor complaint trends and make recommendations according to pro-active action
Ensure control of change
Participate in HACCP and QACCP team
Handle and manage concession applications of branch
Participate actively to trials and verify CCP's and critical parameters are reachable
Control the packaging and the destination of the trial batches
See that the modifications to processes, formulations and packaging are handled according to policy
Ensure measuring and verification
Set up of inspection test and release plans
Implement and manage sensory panels as well as sensory evaluation for specific products
Standardize measurements, measure points and reports
Participate in management review meetings
Coordinate internal quality control audits at the branch
Ensure that training of personnel involved with Quality Control
Train sensory personnel
Train production personnel with regards to tests and sampling
Train internal auditors
