Job Summary:
To ensure operational excellence by conducting quality audits, developing and enforcing SOPs, overseeing resource utilization, and driving staff performance to align with Bliss Healthcare's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and drive the implementation of quality management programs for Bliss Healthcare Ltd.
Monitor and evaluate healthcare programs.
Formulate and manage a system for developed document control.
Lead and execute internal quality audits.
Monitor and evaluate the Quality Management System. 6. Define and lead the roadmap for facility optimization. 7. Establish QMS capacity building for healthcare teams. 8. Provide leadership for disciplinary and staff management processes.
Support internal compliance and risk management strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Studies, Quality Management, or a related field (Required).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, quality assurance, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in conducting quality audits, developing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Technical skills/Leadership competencies
Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and quality improvement tools
Proven leadership, verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in team environment, present and explain technical information, and provide advice to management. Excellent organization skills allowing the coordination of multi-faceted QA activities.
Ability to manage complex projects independently and in a team environment, maintaining good working relationships with staff.
Ability to analyze and interpret written information and scientific data, compare against established requirements, identify potential discrepancies, and make suggestions for improvement.
Ability to conduct and report quality assurance audits and reviews to determine compliance status and recommend corrective action plans.
