We seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the hospital maintains high standards in patient care, safety, and operational processes.
The role involves monitoring compliance with healthcare regulations, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement hospital quality assurance policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with clinical standards, safety regulations, and internal protocols.
Conduct regular quality audits and departmental assessments.
Track and analyze incidents, complaints, and service improvement opportunities.
Coordinate quality improvement initiatives across departments.
Support accreditation and regulatory compliance processes.
Prepare quality reports for hospital management.
Train staff on quality standards, infection control, and patient safety practices.
Other IPC and quality responsiblities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related fields
3 - 5 years experience in quality management in a hospital or healthcare facility.
Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety, and compliance regulations.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to implement quality improvement initiatives.
