Quantity Surveyor -Construction at MPRTC Recruitment

An opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, procurement, subcontractor administration, and cost control across construction projects. The role includes quantity take-offs, budgeting, valuations, contract administration, project cost tracking, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.


Requirements:


National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related qualification
Minimum 2 - 4 years' post-qualification experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of the Standard System of Measuring Building Work and JBCC contracts
Ability to interpret construction drawings and accurately extract quantities
Experience with project costing, procurement, subcontractor management, and monthly valuations
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
