The ideal candidate will support project planning, cost control, and site coordination across a range of projects including renovations, repairs, and remodeling of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct project scoping and site assessments on behalf of the company
Prepare and manage tender documents, quotations, and cost estimates
Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
Support project planning, execution, and reporting
Analyze project performance and provide insights from the office
Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients
Represent the company in project meetings
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all projects
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Experience in construction, especially waterproofing and renovation works, is an added advantage
Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management
Ability to prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction tools
