KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction and interior projects.
Measure quantities from drawings and site visits to support BOQ preparation.
Help gather supplier quotes and compare prices for materials and services.
Track project expenses and assist in preparing cost reports and variation claims.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and collect data for reporting.
Maintain organized records of contracts, drawings, and project documents.
Assist in coordinating with clients, designers, and project teams to align costs and designs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of construction processes and interior design materials.
Able to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic measurement or drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
