R & A Technician at SPAR

Job Summary


The R & A Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.


Key Responsibilities


Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on chillers, freezers, and AC units
Diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs promptly
Monitor temperature levels of cold rooms and display units
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Respond quickly to technical emergencies


Requirements


Trade Test Certificate or OND in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in refrigeration and AC maintenance
Good knowledge of cold room systems and commercial AC units
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Strong attention to detail.
