Job Overview


The successful candidate will provide comprehensive cancer care using radiation therapy as a core treatment modality. You will lead the patient's journey from diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution to long-term follow-up, working within a multidisciplinary oncology team.


Key Responsibilities:


Diagnose and stage cancer accurately using clinical and imaging data.
Develop individualized, evidence-based radiation treatment plans.
Oversee safe and precise delivery of radiation therapy.
Monitor patients throughout treatment and manage side effects.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
Ensure compliance with KNRA safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide patient education and compassionate counseling.


Qualifications & Experience:


MBChB from a recognized institution.
MMed in Radiation Oncology/Clinical Oncology.
Specialist registered with KMPDC.
Valid practicing license and professional indemnity cover.
Minimum 1-2 years post-specialization experience.
