Clinix Healthcare is seeking a skilled, accurate, and professional Radiographer with knowledge of MRI to join our team at the Festac Branch. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, and contribute to accurate diagnosis and excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray, and MRI examinations as required.
Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, and safety throughout imaging procedures.
Operate and maintain radiographic and MRI equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Capture high-quality diagnostic images and ensure accurate image documentation.
Adhere strictly to radiation protection, MRI safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to support timely and accurate diagnosis.
Perform basic equipment checks, report technical issues promptly, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement of imaging services.
Requirements & Skills
Strong technical knowledge of radiographic techniques and MRI procedures/equipment.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and good patient-handling skills.
Sound understanding of radiation protection and MRI safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage patient workflow efficiently.
Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Radiography / Medical Imaging from a recognized institution.
Valid practicing license/registration with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
Demonstrable knowledge/experience in MRI is required.
Previous experience in a diagnostic center or hospital is preferred.
NYSC certificate (completed) is an added advantage.
