RAN Project Quality Engineer at ZTE Devices

Key Responsibilities


Conduct regular and ad-hoc site spot checks to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
Deliver onsite quality training to SBC personnel.
Provide quality support and assistance to the project team when required.
Identify, record, and report quality issues observed onsite to the Quality Manager in a timely manner.
Track and follow up on corrective actions until all quality issues are fully resolved and closed.
Prepare and submit daily reports covering site spot checks and other onsite quality-related activities.


Requirements / Qualifications


Experience in RAN project quality management or related telecom engineering roles.
Strong understanding of site quality standards, installation, and safety requirements.
Ability to conduct onsite inspections and deliver technical training effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Must hold valid certifications in:
Work at Height
Electrical Safety
First Aid
