ROLE SUMMARY
The selected rapporteur will be responsible for documenting the three-day training by capturing key discussions, highlights, outcomes, and recommendations. The rapporteur will synthesize the proceedings into a comprehensive and well-structured report that accurately reflects the learning, voices, experiences, and contributions of participants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attending all 3 days of the training and documenting the sessions comprehensively.
Capturing key discussions, participant contributions, recommendations, notable quotes, and outcomes throughout the training.
Identifying and documenting key insights, changes, commitments, and action points shared during the sessions.
Synthesizing group discussions and reflections into a clear, comprehensive, and well-structured report.
Working closely with the project team to ensure all critical information is accurately captured.
Submitting a comprehensive, well-edited final training report within the agreed timeline.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Applicants should:
Be currently based in Kakamega County.
Have proven experience in rapporteur work, report writing, or documentation of workshops, trainings, or similar events.
Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information accurately.
