Raw Material Dispenser at RCL Foods

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Raw Material Dispenser at our RCL FOODS BEVERAGES operating unit.


Minimum Requirements


Grade 12/ NQF 4 equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 year manufacturing experience.


Knowledge


Effective written and verbal communication skills
Storage area control
Safety Health and Environmental aspects
Cycle counting and reconciliation
Stock rotation (FIFO)


Duties & Responsibilities


Request and receive all raw material from Stores
Complete and record all records and proper label all raw material
Weigh raw material according to recipe and in compliance with relevant SOP's
Correct storage of material in Dispense Room
Ensure good housekeeping
Attend and participate in all relevant company safety programs
Maintain workplace safety and follow established safety guidelines
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices this would include wearing required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling and fall restraints
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
Utilizing continuous improvement mind-set, assist in identifying opportunities to improve process
Work shifts as required
Ensure compliance with Food Safety
