Job Summary
DO.II Designs Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Raw Material Store Intern to support the Raw Material Store Supervisor in managing inventory, organizing materials, and maintaining accurate store records.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience in inventory control and store operations within a furniture manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting raw materials such as wood, fabrics, foam, and hardware.
Support proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of materials.
Assist in issuing materials to production based on approved requisitions.
Maintain and update stock records, registers, and inventory systems.
Participate in stock counts and inventory verification.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Support the Store Supervisor with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements
OND, HND, or currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage).
Ability to work effectively in a team.
