Key Responsibilities
Promote and market the company's real estate properties to prospective buyers and investors.
Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, social media, events, and direct marketing.
Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase property visibility and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion to sales.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Provide clients with accurate information on property details, pricing, and payment plans.
Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to enhance client experience.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in real estate marketing or sales.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the real estate market.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
