Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate properties and services.
Lead Generation: Generate quality leads, follow up on inquiries, and successfully convert prospects into clients.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Promote property listings actively across social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and strategic business partners.
Site Inspections & Events: Organize and participate in physical property inspections, exhibitions, and promotional marketing events.
Content Creation: Prepare engaging marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Market Insights: Conduct continuous market research to identify emerging real estate trends and new business opportunities.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the core sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
Experience: Previous experience in marketing, sales, or the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Digital Literacy: Strong knowledge of social media marketing and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Work Style: Self-motivated, target-driven, and fully capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
