Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective property buyers through various sales channels.
Present and explain real estate projects accurately and professionally.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the real estate industry in a sales role.
Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
