Responsibilities
Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers
Understand project details deeply (payment plans, features, timelines, pricing, etc.)
Follow up with clients and maintain relationships through the full sales cycle
Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism and confidence
Maintain CRM/records of client interactions and sales progress
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Qualifications
Degree/ in related field
Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Able to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to learn quickly
Professional presentation and positive attitude
