We are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Site Sales Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for executing the company's effective sales and business growth strategy. In addition, they will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the sales team and will be required to direct the activities of all sales resources in the Company.

We have properties in various parts of the country that the sales supervisor will be responsible for. We therefore would like someone who is strong in sale of property

Description


Full responsibility for the execution of the agreed sales and business growth strategy
Recruit, induct, train, and develop a highly effective sales team
Appraise and aggressively drive sales resource performance to ensure a high-performing team at all times
Direct the day-to-day sales activities of the company with a view to achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives.
Closing sales transactions on residential properties.
Manage existing clients.
Conduct weekly and daily sales meetings and briefs to ensure all sales resources remain engaged and focused on achieving sales objectives
Develop relevant sales materials and tools to ensure that the company is able to effectively pitch.
Actively develop and execute effective strategies to engage employees on the ground to create awareness and uptake of our products
Have a thorough understanding of Company products and services and the supporting policies and processes
Be able to articulate each product's core value proposition to the customer both verbally and in writing
Have a thorough understanding of the Company's core target market


Education


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a Business or Marketing field
Ability to understand and apply basic computer skills and skills related to marketing


Experience


At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience with selling of property will be preferred.


Skills


Presentable and with a good communication skills.
Proven ability to close sale deals and achieve targets
Aggressive with Good networking skills
Must display a high degree of emotional maturity to handle objections
Ability to multi-task and strong leadership.
