Gain a deep understanding of the project details, unit features, pricing structure, payment plans, and market advantages, and provide professional and engaging presentations to clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up with clients regularly, understand their needs, and close sales deals.
Guide clients through show flats and the project site, handle objections, and manage the sales negotiation and contract signing process.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Update and maintain customer information accurately and promptly in the CRM system.
Candidates with prior marketing experience are preferred.
