My client is looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist (must be fluent in English and Afrikaans) to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.
This role suits someone who is well-presented, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy office environment while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence
Key responsibilities
Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers
Answer and direct calls professionally and efficiently
Provide administrative support to the office and wider team
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain a neat, organised reception and front-office area
Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office administration
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Experience & requirements
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or relevant diploma
Minimum 4 years' experience in a receptionist or front-desk administration role
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Confident user of MS Word and Excel
Well-spoken, professional, and presentable
Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced office environment
