A manufacturing company is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage front-office operations, handle incoming calls and visitors, provide administrative support, maintain records and documentation, and assist various departments with day-to-day office functions.
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12.
2 - 3 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment advantageous.
