Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and deliver a warm coastal hospitality experience
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using Oracle Hospitality Opera PMS
Handle guest inquiries and reservations professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in hospitality
Fully conversant with Opera PMS (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be based in Mombasa or nearby
