Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Front office management, or related field.
Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role (preferably in a school/college).
Knowledge of office administration procedures and experience in scheduling appointments and visits.
Experience in digital Marketing, Outreach Campaigns and Social Media Management will also be an added advantage.
Experience in working in an education field will also be an added advantage.
Strong customer service skills focused on students and visitors.
Ability to handle student inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
