Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, staff, and visitors courteously
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Provide accurate information about university departments and services
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Handle correspondence and basic administrative tasks
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
Support administrative staff when required
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Secretarial
Studies, or related field (an advantage)
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office role is an advantage
Experience in an educational institution is a plus
