Job Summary
The lounge receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in guests
Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
Escort guests to their seats or reserved sections
Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient guest flow
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Monitor guest traffic and assist in crowd control when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills or experience with booking systems
Strong customer service orientation.
