Key Responsibilities
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Greets patients in the facilities and over the phone.
Assists medical/healthcare professionals and patients appropriately.
Schedules appointments for patients.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks.
Prepares medical files and reports.
Maintains and keeps patient information confidential.
Maintain assigned medicinal supplies and equipment.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines) is a plus.
