Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails and inquiries.
Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
