Duties and Responsibilities:


Welcoming of clients / visitors in a warm professional manner
Showing clients to meeting rooms and offering refreshments
Ensuring reception and meeting areas are kept neat, organised and presentable at all times
Answering of incoming calls in a professional manner and routing to relevant contacts or taking messages accurately
Assist staff with basic admin duties when needed
Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
Coordinating couriers, deliveries and ordering of basic supplies
