Reporting to the Senior Client Service Officer, the successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:


Ensure a professional welcome for clients and visitors, manage incoming calls efficiently and assist with key front‑office functions
Assist with basic client enquiries on unit trusts, fund information, statements, and KYC requirements.
Offer administrative assistance and handle meeting room coordination.
Support the preparation of proposals, client documentation
Assist the team with travel planning and booking tasks when required
Maintain the reception area and support general office operations.
Adhere to Company policies including internal and external polices, risk, compliance and regulatory standards.
Any other responsibilities as documented in your performance objectives and as may be assigned and communicated from time to time.


Minimum Requirements


Bachelors Degree
At least 1 year experience or internship in a similar role in the financial sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Interest in investments, asset management, or unit trusts is an added advantage.
