Process invoice, take payments (cash and card)
Assist the workshop manager by coordinating with local auto suppliers to track, order, and receive required repair parts.
Qualifications
Minimum of a OND
Proven experience as a receptionist, front deskrepresentative, or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skill with a professional and polite phone demeanor
Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Ms Office (Word & Excel)
Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Basic understanding of automotive mechanics is beneficial but not required.
Working Condition:
Hours: Standard working hours, typically Monday through Saturday (requires a flexible schedule depending on workshop hours).
