REQUIREMENTS :
Grade 12 certificate with computer as a passed subject or Level 4 Certificate in Office Administration. N6 Certificate in Management Assistant will be an advantage. 1 year relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
DUTIES :
Receive telephonic calls, message and channel to relevant role players, provide relevant information as required, Operate office equipment such as fax machines and photocopiers, liaise with internal and external personnel, Maintain telephone directory.
