Job Summary


As the Reconciliation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial transactions by reconciling sales, bank statements, POS reports, and internal financial records across multiple outlets.


Responsibilities


Perform daily reconciliation of sales reports, POS transactions, and bank statements
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue, payments, and cash handling records
Prepare periodic reconciliation reports and escalate unresolved variances to management
Coordinate with outlet managers and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
Maintain proper documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
2 - 4 years' experience in reconciliation, accounting, or finance operations (QSR or retail experience is an advantage)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
