Duties and Responsibilities:


This will be the entry and training grade into this cadre. An officer at this level may be deployed in a department to head a small registry. The officer will work under supervision of a more senior officer. Specific duties and responsibilities will include: receiving, sorting, opening, filling, minuting and distribution of mail; dispatching of mails; and guiding on files disposal.


Requirements for Appointment:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -


Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C (plain) from the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
A Diploma in Records/Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
